On Thursday, June 12, from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. we will host your annual meeting in Paxton, where you have a chance to elect board members and receive a status report on the co-op.

This year, each seminar topic will have its own room. You will have a chance to speak with the presenters and view their displays before, during, and after each of the sessions. This will allow you to get your specific questions answered, and give you a chance to dig a bit deeper in to the topics.
Each session will be offered three times – at 4 p.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m.

Directions to PBL
The PBL Jr./Sr. High School is in Paxton.
To get there, go north on Cherry Street (near Hardee’s) from Route 9 (Ottawa St.). Go approximately five blocks, then turn west on Orleans Street towards the school. Registration is at the north end of the complex.
If you can’t make it to the meeting, but still want your voice heard on any votes that may come up at the meeting, you can fill out a proxy ballot and give it a member/owner that is attending. Please download our annual meeting notice to get the proxy ballot (it is on the last page).
Please note that you must attend the meeting in person to receive your $25 bill credit.
