Bill Reading Dates

Each month, we remotely read your meter to see how much electricity you used in the previous month. The reading dates vary slightly from month to month, but the reading is always done just after midnight (very, very early on the reading date.).

Use this handy guide to know exactly when we will read your meter each month:

****These reading dates will be used unless we can't - for whatever reason - get a valid reading on that day. If that happens, we will either use a reading from the day before, or estimate the reading.****
